Bonus account

An amount of money, shown in the user’s account page, which allows buying tickets on radario.ru website. For each purchase via radario.ru a user gets 1% of ticket price to the bonus account.

Refund

A satiation when a user wants of has to have the money back. Refund can be initiated by the user (user can’t/doesn’t want to attend an event) or by an organizer (an event was cancelled/replaced or rescheduled). If a user initiated the refund, the payment system commission and Radario commission are charged from a user. Otherwise, a user gets a full refund. If an organizer decided to pay a payment system commission on its own, then a user won’t lose any money.
